3. Package Your Return
   • Safely pack the item(s) to avoid any damage in transit. Don’t forget to include all original packaging and any documentation.
4. Send It Back
   • You’re responsible for shipping costs, so choose a reliable, trackable, and insured shipping method.
   • Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged etc during return shipping.
     
     
5. Refund Time
   • Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
   • Refunds typically take up to 10 business daysafter we receive your return.

• Personalized and customized items cannot be returned or exchanged—these are final sale.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
